How does Jivrus use Sheet Director?
Jivrus provides awesome software products worldwide to make every business automation more successful. One such product from Jivrus that is used for automation with Google Sheets is Sheet Director. It is used by many companies and individuals for automating their business processes.Â
We at Jivrus are a customer of Sheet Director ourselves. We normally use Sheet Director for several automations. This article is to show you what are all the ways we use Sheet Director for our automation in Jivrus Technologies.
We automate Leave Balance using Sheet Director
In Jivrus Technologies for time tracking, we use Hubstaff to track our daily work activities. Also, we track our leaves in the Hubstaff app. We will schedule a service to run weekly once so that the employees will receive an email with their leave balance.
How Sheet Director is used here:
We will configure the Hubstaff app with Sheet Director.
An Hubstaff service is created and scheduled in such a way that it should run weekly once.
An email template is configured with all the details.
Once the service is executed the employee will receive an email with all the necessary details of his leave balance.

We automate Support ticket statistics using Sheet Director
Contact Us is normally used by the users to contact Jivrus Technologies if they need any support or assistance from the developers. Here, we used to collect information from the users about their personal details, product, what help they need, etc. Users can submit the Contact Us form from any of the product websites.
Once the user submits the form a ticket will be created in the Freshdesk app.
How Sheet Director is used here:
We will configure the Freshdesk app with Sheet Director.
A Freshdesk service is created and scheduled in such a way that it should run 2 times a day.
An email template is configured with all the details.
Once the service is executed the employee will receive an email with the support ticket details.
