What is Sheet Director?
Sheet Director is a G Suite add-on that helps to manage and control bi-directional data flow between Google Sheets and several other applications like Google Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Sheets, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Zoho,Zendesk, Twitter etc.
It is available in the G Suite Marketplace. Please check Installation instructions to install the add-on.
What is Twitter?
Twitter is a micro-blogging and social networking service on which users post and interact with messages known as "tweets". Registered users can post, like, and retweet tweets, but unregistered users can only read them.
Twitter to Google Sheets: Use Case
> Pull all data from Twitter and store it into a Spreadsheet.
Setting up Twitter in Sheet Director
Choose App and Service:
Select Twitter from the list of applications.
Select service as Query.
Click on CONNECT TO TWITTER to connect with Twitter.
Authorize Sheet Director to access your account.
Mention your User Name.
Mention the Password.
Click on Authorize app to authorize with Sheet Director.
Select the required entity.
Select the fields that are required.
Select Filter if required.
Select the Field.
Select the operator required.
Mention the required value.
Click on "+" icon add more filters.
Mention the Max results required.
Select the destination sheet to save the data or create a new sheet by clicking the Add new icon.
Switch on Include Header if required.
Switch on Clear Sheet before execution if the sheet needs to be cleared before execution.
Switch on Run automatically if the services needs to be run automatically.
Switch on Notify on Execution to notify when the services gets executed.
Click Execute to execute the services.
Click Save to save the services.
Click Back to exit.
