Custom Conditions for Posting Records

The Conditional Posting feature in Sheet Director lets you post records from Google Sheets to your connected business applications based on custom conditions. Instead of posting every row, you can define rules to control exactly which records should be processed, improving efficiency and preventing duplicate or unnecessary updates.
Whether you're posting CRM contacts, invoices, support tickets, or custom records, Conditional Posting gives you complete control over your automated workflows.

Conditions to execute

Select either 'All' or 'Unprocessed', if 'All' then it will post all the rows even after a successful post. And 'Unprocessed' will check for new records to post.
By default, Apply To will be 'Unprocessed'
Select the column where you want the condition to be applied.
Select the operator from the list, by default sets to 'equals'.
Enter the value to be checked.
Click on add button to add more conditions.

Special Operators

There are two special operators i.e. is empty & is not empty.
For special operators, you need not enter the value.
is empty - It will automatically check whether the status column is empty
is not empty - It will automatically check whether the status column is not empty
You can delete any condition by clicking the delete button as shown in the image.
