Query from YouTube Analytics into Google Sheets
Sheet Director is a Google Workspace add-on that helps to manage and control bi-directional data flow between Google Sheets and several other applications like Google Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Sheets, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Zoho etc.Â
It is available in the Google Workspace Marketplace. Please check the Installation instructions to install the add-on.Â
YouTube Analytics basics for Creator Studio Classic. You can monitor the performance of your channel and videos with up-to-date metrics and reports in YouTube Analytics. There's a ton of data available in different reports, like the Watch time, Traffic sources, and Demographics reports.
Choose App and Service:
Select YouTube Analytics from the list of applications.
Select service as Query.
Switch on Run Automatically if the queries needs to be executed in regular intervals.

Click sign in with Google to connect with YouTube Analytics
If YouTube Analytics is connected successfully the following screen appears.
Select the report type
Select the fields that need to be displayed in the sheet.
Select the date range.
Enter the maximum results that you want to fetch the data.
Configure the destination settings to save the executed data.
Switch on Run automatically to execute services automatically in background.
Configure the Notification settings to setup the email templates and add attachments.
Click on execute to pull the data into sheet.
Click save to save the service.
