Can I upgrade from one plan to another?
Yes, you can upgrade a plan from a current plan to another. A differential amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and charged at the time of upgrade.
Is there any cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee.
Can I get a subscription for my team or a group?
Yes, you can get a subscription for your team/ group. You can subscribe to the domain/ group plan of our products.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription renews automatically until canceled.
Can I get an Invoice for my payment?
Yes, you can get an invoice for your payment from https://portal.jivrus.com
Can I change the billing address an tax information of an invoice?
Yes, you can change the billing address for any upcoming invoices. However, the billing address and tax information of previous invoices cannot be changed.
Transactions
The usage of Sheet Director is measured in terms of Transactions
What is a transaction?
Users can configure one or more services in Sheet Director.
A transaction is measured as one successful execution of a service configured in Sheet Director. It encompasses all activities done within a service including notifications. Refer below for records (rows) processed:
For query service, every query execution is counted as 1 transaction irrespective of the number of records (rows) resulted.
For post service, every 10 records posted will be counted as 1 transaction. So if you are posting 45 records to an app, it will be counted as 5 transactions.
For sync service, the transactions are the same as the post service, but since it needs to get the data first there will be one extra transaction that will be counted.
Sheet Director calculates the usage based on the number of transactions made for applying quota restrictions.

Sheet Director runs on top of users' Gmail or Google workspace user accounts and uses Google Services internally
Google has certain quota limits that users need to be aware of. Google can limit the usage of your service and apply rate-limiting.
For example - Email Service - Google allows only 100 emails/day for Gmail users and 1500 emails/day for Google workspace users
